H&M Disinfection has completed the design and build of a new ring main satellite station for a large dairy manufacturer, a fully bespoke solution that will now serve as our standard design for future ring main installations requiring customised engineering.
Work Carried Out:
The station has been completely re‑imagined delivering improved performance, easier maintenance, and enhanced hygiene standards. Key upgrades include:
- Greater serviceability – All internal pipework is fully removable, allowing maintenance to be carried out away from production areas and reducing disruption on site.
- Stainless steel covers – A significant upgrade that improves cleanability and provides a hygienic, durable, and corrosion‑resistant finish.
For comparison, the previous satellite station design is shown alongside the new model, highlighting the step‑change in usability, hygiene, and overall build quality.
