H&M Disinfection has introduced an advanced neat chemical bulk offload system designed to strengthen on‑site safety and prevent cross‑contamination during chemical deliveries.

Work Carried Out:

The system automatically draws a small sample of product from incoming chemical tankers before the main outfeed valve to the storage tanks is activated. This sample is analysed for its pH value, ensuring it falls within the required tolerance range. If the reading is outside specification, the system immediately flags the sample as non‑compliant and prevents the tanker from offloading.

By stopping the transfer of incorrect or unexpected chemicals at the source, this automated safeguard significantly reduces the risk of product mix‑ups and protects both site operations and personnel. It represents an essential safety measure for any facility handling bulk chemical deliveries.
