H&M Disinfection has delivered a new 35%‑to‑2% hydrogen peroxide dosing system, designed to provide safe, accurate, and consistent dilution for on‑site operations.

Work Carried Out:

The system draws mains water through a deionising resin filter before feeding it into a metering pump. This pump then pulls the 35% H₂O₂ and proportionally doses it into the deionised water line, achieving a precise 2% working solution. Once prepared, the diluted solution is manually dispensed into containers for use on factory fillers.

To support safe and reliable operation, the installation includes integrated level control and low‑chemical alarms, ensuring operators are alerted to any issues before they impact production.
